You’ll start by setting your threshold parameters (e.g., delinquency age and balance) for automatic submission.
Review & Approve
See which accounts meet the criteria to be escalated to collections
Starting on the 22nd of each month, review the list of flagged accounts and exclude any you wish to withhold from collections.
Monthly Submissions
Approved accounts are automatically sent to collections
On the 1st of the following month, approved eligible accounts are automatically submitted to collections.
