Axela Technologies is Extending Service Offerings for National Property Management Franchise PMI

New partnership provides PMI’s property management franchisees with additional service offering via Axela’s web-based collections technology.

MIAMI, January 14, 2020 (Newswire.com) – Axela Technologies, a leading provider of automated collections solutions for the Community  Association Management Industry, announced today their new partnership with Property Management, Inc (PMI) to provide all franchisees of the nation’s largest property management franchise with Axela’s web-based collections platform, allowing franchisees to expand service offerings for their condo and HOA clients. The partnership will enable PMI’s 250+ franchisees to seamlessly onboard and integrate with Axela’s web-based collections platform.

“After hearing from dozens of our franchisees about the benefits of working with Axela, we decided it was time to formalize the relationship and offer it as part of our core management services,” said Blake Sanford, Director of Association Management of PMI.

“By expanding our core services to include collections, we are empowering our franchisees and their managers to deliver first-class service to their client base,” Sanford explains. “We are committed to adopting and developing tools that our clients want and need and partnering with Axela brings us one step closer to becoming the Nation’s leading property management enterprise.”

Management companies are normally tasked with all Account Receivable matters, including assessing and receiving payments from individual owners. But those efforts typically end with a courtesy reminder before being forwarded to an attorney. By partnering with Axela, PMI franchisees will be able to manage the collections process well beyond the courtesy letter, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective means to recover money that is due to an association.

“Together with a process built on education and respectful engagement, Axela’s collections solution collects past-due assessments and works with owners to help them get back on track so they can avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes,” says Mitchell Drimmer, President of Business Development at Axela Technologies. “Axela’s process has proven to be a better way to approach the issue of delinquent Condo and HOA assessments, both from the human and financial side of the equation. PMI franchisees will benefit from being able to collect more funds for their clients, but also from reinforcing the human side of property management.”

Axela’s technology platform integrates with PMI’s core accounting software and automates many of the mundane and time-consuming aspects of the collections process, keeping costs low and providing complete transparency to its association clients and their owners.
